Welcome to Trenport’s consultation website about our plans for the development of Land at Eccles, also known as Bushey Wood, a strategic housing site adjoining the village of Eccles. On this website you can find out more about the proposals, view details of future consultation events and stay in touch with the project team.

Thank you to everyone who came along to our public event at the Church in Eccles, 218 Bull Lane, Eccles, Aylesford, ME20 7HE on Friday 24 September from 4pm – 8pm. The banners from the event can be viewed here and the board here. We also held a virtual exhibition, including the draft masterplan (which is on step 6 of the virtual exhibition) in September.

Thank you for all the feedback we have received during the consultation, both on the website, in person, by post, by email and by phone. At the start of 2022 we submitted an outline planning application to TMBC. Since then, we have been working hard to incorporate the feedback received in response to TMBC’s consultation. Following this, we have now submitted an addendum to our original application, outlining how we have updated our plans in response to feedback. Our planning application and the addendum can be found by searching for reference 22/00113/OAEA on TMBC’s planning portal.
